Marketing Leader Job Description This is a highly skilled position that requires strong leadership abilities and expertise in marketing strategies. The job involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies and multichannel campaigns to drive demand and measurable impact. Responsibilities: • Develop strategic, targeted, and effective go-to-market initiatives for services and solutions • Create campaign design and management plans, content marketing strategies, and social media/advertising initiatives • Build relationships with practice leadership teams, business development executives, and BMC colleagues to meet business objectives • Manage relationships with external agencies, articulating business needs and KPIs • Knowledge of digital marketing/marketing automation platforms to target buyers, benchmark campaigns, and track ROI • Collaborate with other leaders to establish and administer annual budgets and manage expenditures within approved budget guidelines Qualifications: • Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA desired • Understanding of trends in the industry, including digital transformation, government policy changes, and how industries are affected by these changes • Demonstrated success in managing teams and nurturing talent • Strong business acumen and understanding of how environmental factors affect the firm, markets, and solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentations, listening, interpretation, and influencing skills • Outstanding project management, team building, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise manner for broad audiences
