Job Summary: • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, elevate our brand, and engage audiences across digital and traditional channels. Main Responsibilities: • Developing strategic marketing plans that promote wine sales, hospitality experiences, and brand awareness • Leading seasonal campaigns, wine releases, and event marketing efforts with a focus on consistency and ROI • Overseeing digital campaign planning and execution, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social media advertising • Collaborating with the Marketing & Social Media Specialist to align social media content with broader digital marketing initiatives • Analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite, applying insights to optimize future efforts • Driving CRM and customer acquisition strategies, including lead nurturing, list growth, and lifecycle communication Email Marketing & CRM: • Managing and executing targeted email campaigns through Mailchimp, including promotions, newsletters, and event announcements • Building and maintaining automated email workflows such as welcome series, post-purchase follow-ups, event reminders, and re-engagement campaigns • Segmenting audiences to personalize content and improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions • Using A/B testing and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve customer retention • Leveraging CRM data to enhance audience targeting and maximize customer lifetime value Content Oversight & Brand Integrity: • Ensuring all digital and print content reflects Childress Vineyards' luxury image and tone • Reviewing and approving marketing content including email copy, paid ads, signage, and campaign collateral • Supporting the Wine Club, Tasting Room, Bistro, Private Events, and Distribution teams with tailored marketing support and materials • Coordinating messaging around promotions, launches, and winery-wide events to ensure alignment and clarity Public Relations & Traditional Media: • Assisting with press outreach, rack cards, printed collateral, and signage production • Supporting the Director of Communications and Sales on public relations and outreach strategies as needed
