Strategic Partner Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager to own the co-marketing function across our strategic partner portfolio. You'll be the primary marketing liaison between Syndio and our partners, ensuring that our joint value story is clear, our messaging is consistent and accurate, and that co-branded programs are built to drive real pipeline. Stay current on messaging, positioning, and product capabilities across the broader product marketing teamAudit existing partner materials on a regular cadence to identify and resolve accuracy gapsProvide partners with timely updates when product positioning, packaging, or messaging changesWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a partner marketing, alliances marketing, or product marketing role — ideally including experience marketing alongside enterprise ISV/platform partners (e.g. Workday, SAP) and partners operating under consulting, sub-license, or referral models (e.g. Mercer, PwC)Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional relationships and work across organizational boundariesStrong written communication skills and an instinct for clear, accurate product messagingExecutive presence — proven comfort operating credibly with senior stakeholders (VP+) at partner organizations and internallyA sharp eye for visual and brand detail — able to evaluate co-branded creative against brand standards, not just write copyExperience creating co-branded content and managing partner-facing asset librariesComfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and structure has to be built, not inheritedFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platformsExperience in HR tech, compensation, or enterprise SaaS is a plusHow You WorkYou're organized without being rigid, and you know how to manage competing priorities across multiple relationships.You default to clarity in your communication and follow through on what you commit to.You understand that partner marketing lives at an intersection and you're effective at building alignment across teams that don't always move at the same pace.You care about getting the details right, especially when it comes to how the product is represented in the market. We don't expect anyone to have all the answers, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us.
