Strategic Social Media Advertising Professional

Job Title: Role Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our social media advertising efforts. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses. Key Responsibilities • Lead a collection of social media accounts • Support client contacts • Communicate with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure quality, and implement improvements • Build strategies for clients each quarter • Create and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM • Manage personal productivity and utilization • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships • Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI Requirements • 2+ years' experience at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands-on support for B2B clients • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn ads • Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or similar • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT What We Offer • $70,000-$80,000 USD base salary, with potential for bonus eligibility • Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage • Wellness benefits: mental health support, access to therapists, Headspace, fitness, and primary/virtual care options • Time off: unlimited PTO (2-week minimum), paid holidays, birthday off, end-of-year recharge • Financial: traditional and Roth 401(k) with 3% company match • Annual bonus based on tenure
