Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized Trade Marketing Specialist to oversee promotion planning and execution within the DIY retail channel. This individual will play a central role in developing and activating consumer promotions that drive awareness, engagement, and sales at the shelf for one or more of our fastest-growing accounts. Responsibilities • Develop and execute trade marketing plans tailored to DIY brick-and-mortar accounts, including promotional calendars, merchandising strategies, and in-store activations. • Lead cross-functional project management for campaign execution, ensuring alignment on timelines, budgets, and deliverables across sales, category, and other internal partners.
