Strategist Marketing & Communications

Major Responsibilities:

Draft and manage strategic plan for site, product, or service promotion.Manages or operationalize product, service or program campaign.Conduct and evaluate insight research to ensure effectiveness of campaign and end-to-end consumer experience.Support a governance model for creation, distribution, management, and approval of content in printed or electronic formats and/or mediums.

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science.

Education Preferred:

Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science.

Experience Required:

3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Technical experience may include: use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor),basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization.Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Requires walking, standing, bending or moving around campus and/or other facilities. Requires the ability to drive and operate a personal vehicle. Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment.
