Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, Ads, Go-To-Market

• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. • Own technical systems, relationships, and business requirements document (BRD) end-to-end that deliver product and customer outcomes at scale (e.g., GBO's ProdPrio, Ads GTM Tooling, etc.). • Work cross-functionally with cross-GTM teams, People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage and execute projects.
