Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in digital operations; - Excellent integrated marketing and project management skills - Working knowledge of apparel and accessories industry, industry relevant operations experience preferred - Strong communication and organizational coordination abilities, self-motivated, passionate about thinking, learning and research, with independent thinking and judgment capabilities; - Sharp data sensitivity with strong mining and insight abilities, proficient in data analysis tools such as Thinkcell/Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Skilled in using data insights to inform communication strategies and measure their effectiveness.
