Streaming Media Assistant

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Streaming Media Assistant will provide operational support for live and on-demand streaming video products, ensuring system health monitoring and quality validation of content streams. Key responsibilities Follow operational procedures and raise awareness of workflow issues as they arise Execute processes to validate the quality and availability of live content streams Perform system health monitoring and orchestrate live and VOD streaming media using proprietary tools Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of computers and applications Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred Familiarity with streaming and broadcast media, particularly HTTP Live Streaming (HLS)
