Responsibilities

Represent the organization at various community events, street locations, and door-to-door canvassing efforts to promote our brand and programs.
Engage with diverse audiences using effective communication skills to inform them about our services and initiatives.
Conduct door-to-door outreach campaigns to gather support, distribute promotional materials, and answer questions from potential clients or supporters.
Lead and supervise a team of brand ambassadors or volunteers during outreach activities to ensure smooth operations and high energy levels.
Utilize persuasive negotiation techniques to encourage participation or donations during fundraising efforts.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, including contacts made, feedback received, and follow-up actions needed.
Collaborate with team members to strategize new ways to maximize community engagement and outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience or leadership roles in marketing, sales, or community outreach settings.
Strong background in marketing strategies, customer service, and sales techniques.
Experience with door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising campaigns.
Excellent communication skills—bilingual abilities are a plus!—with the ability to connect confidently with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated negotiation skills to influence opinions and secure support or donations.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels.
