Student Services Specialist

In this role, the Student Services Specialist will provide outreach, recruitment, intake, career counseling and retention services for agency’s job training programs. • Develop and maintain knowledge of different funding sources and assist applicants in completing application process for financial aid • Provide post-job placement services to employers and graduates of AACA’s job training programs in order to promote long-term job retention and career advancement. Develop, expand, and implement services that will lead to increased long-term job retention for graduates placed into employment. • Assist with job placement of program graduates
