Studio Coordinator

An interest in marketing and advertising is preferred, as there is potential to learn the business and expand your career in this area. A good sense of humor is always welcomed too! Requirements ○ College degree ○ Familiarity with Excel \\--------------------- New Business ○ Maintain CRM, Insightly, for all new and potential clients ○ Support Creative Services Manager to route and send proposals to potential clients ○ Follow up on proposals and attend subsequent calls to review proposals ○ When project won, ensure the SOW is signed ○ If a new client, work with operations to send a master agreement Studio Only New Business ○ Serve as initial point person to schedule meeting and include all appropriate team members ○ Research company and report findings prior to initial meeting ○ Attend meeting and take notes PR/Studio collaboration New Business ○ Vet requests and ensure Creative Work Orders and Creative Briefs are submitted for all internal creative requests ○ Schedule internal studio brief reviews and kick-off meetings with client Operations Support ○ Keep on top of studio hot sheet as new business and project status changes ○ Attend weekly Studio status meetings ○ Work with Creative Services Manager on scheduling and budget review ○ Keep resource file up to date ○ Collaborate with accounting to have contractors sign NDAs and Contractor Agreements ○ Participate and contribute to the overall goal of improving the creative process and interaction within the agency Project Management Support ○ Create digital filing system per client and ensure all assets are archived ○ Act as liaison between internal cross-functional client and studio ○ Attend client meetings and record notes ○ Proofreading to ensure changes are accurately made Strategy Support ○ Clear understanding of client target audience ○ Provide digital marketing/strategy guidance and insight ○ Able to conduct high-level analysis of category, research, and competitive data. Analyzes and extracts findings/issues and insights ○ Collaborates with Creative Director on creative brief development Additional Support: ○ Maintain H+C website updates
