Job Description: Oversees the end-to-end workflow of creative projects within our agency; ensures that all assets move efficiently through the studio—from intake and trafficking to final delivery—with a strong focus on proofing, brand compliance, and quality assurance Key Responsibilities Traffic & Workflow Management • Oversee the daily flow of projects through the creative studio • Assign and schedule work based on capacity and deadlines • Ensure cross-functional communication between creative, accounts, media, and production teams Team Coordination • Act as the central point of contact for creative operations • Coordinate with freelance or contract creatives as needed • Facilitate daily or weekly production stand-ups or status meetings
