This role blends brand marketing, content creation, and grassroots sales, offering hands-on experience across multiple aspects of a high-growth CPG company.The intern will own two primary projects while also supporting the broader marketing team across content, social media, and affiliate initiatives.What You'll DoMatcha Truck Brand Ambassador (Primary Project)Act as the face of Jade Leaf Matcha for our NYC-based matcha truck sampling program (June-July)Develop and execute a social media strategy to generate buzz, excitement, and foot traffic to the truckCreate engaging, on-brand content (Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.) during eventsAssist with on-the-ground execution of sampling events, including customer engagement and brand storytellingCollaborate with the marketing team to amplify reach through influencers, partnerships, and real-time contentLocal Market Expansion (Sales + Marketing Project)Identify and prospect local cafes, coffee shops, and specialty grocery stores in NYCSupport outreach efforts to introduce and position Jade Leaf Matcha productsAssist in developing pitch materials and outreach strategiesTrack leads, conversations, and progress toward placementsProvide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needsGeneral Marketing SupportAssist with content creation and approval workflowsSupport social media strategy and execution, including trend research and ideationHelp manage and grow affiliate and influencer partnershipsContribute to campaign brainstorming and execution across channelsRequirements What We're Looking ForBased in New York City and available for in-person eventsStrong interest in marketing, startups, and/or CPG brandsRobust knowledge and passion for matcha is a plusComfortable being on camera and engaging with customersSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with social platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram) and content trendsWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in brand building at a leading CPG companyOwnership over real, high-impact marketing and sales initiativesExposure to influencer marketing, retail expansion, and experiential marketingOpportunity to build a portfolio of content and campaignsDirect mentorship from an experienced marketing team#J-18808-Ljbffr
