Joining La Herradura Supermarket as a Store Manager, you’ll support a single store year- round. Supermarket Manager is expected to provide effective management and ensure the transformation of the supermarket. What you'll bring to the team: Prior experience working in business management or similar role Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills Computer proficient with the ability to use NCR program or have experience in entering items in new systems of a supermarket. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Passionate, determined, resilient under stress and a will to win attitude Bilingual in Spanish and English Able to work a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week and flexibility based on business needs Ability to plan and execute strategic sales processes Possess excellent specific market knowledge Possess IT and NCR software knowledge.
