The Compliance Supervisor plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company's compliance functions, with a focus on regulatory compliance support for our Marketing Advertising. • Review, advise, and approve direct reports' work product as needed to ensure federal and state regulatory requirements are met for advertisements, Advertising Service Agreements, marketing programs, and marketing related initiatives. Prepare company-wide memos to notify all applicable employees of federal and state changes, or company policy or procedural changes. is preferred, along experience in Compliance roles in the consumer mortgage industry.
