Supervisor, Independent Ad Design

As a member of the C&S Wholesale Grocers family of companies, SpartanNash is a food solutions company that delivers the ingredients for a better life. - Byron Center, Michigan 49315 Position Summary: This role is r esponsible to provide design support to ensure weekly ad production deadlines are met, to coordinate account production requirements for internal and/or external print production, and to oversee an ad team to include scheduling, compliance and quality standards to maintain timely and efficient print services. • Oversee the Ad Designers and Graphic Designers within Ad department to include scheduling, compliance and quality standards to maintain timely and efficient print services; provide design guidance and organize the workflow and ensure compliance (i .e., job tracking, design, file formats, archiving, etc.) • Work with customers and internal cross-functional departments on weekly ad requirements and maintain customer data for distribution, deadlines, ad sizes, quantities, media placement, etc. ; coordinate account production requirements for print production with internal print services and/or external print vendor(s) and ensure timely resolution of issues that may arise.
