This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, has experience across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms, and enjoys mentoring junior team members while maintaining a sharp eye on performance and strategy. Lead the development and execution of paid search and paid social strategies across multiple client accounts Align campaign goals, messaging, and creative with broader brand and media objectives Contribute to media planning, forecasting, and strategic testing initiatives Own campaign setup, daily management, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and additional biddable platforms Manage budget pacing, bidding strategies, and cross-channel performance tracking Stay current with platform updates and trends, and test emerging ad formats and features 4+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns Deep, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics A strong background in direct-to-consumer or conversion-focused media, with awareness campaign exposure a plus Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and collaborate across teams Comfortable mentoring others and delivering clear, performance-focused feedback Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing settings
