We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated individual to lead sales process at our Park Avenue Plastic Surgery Center. We specialize in facial surgery and our patients are primarily women and men in their late 40s -50s-60s and up. The most important job responsibilities would include: \\- Assisting at consultations and scheduling cosmetic surgeries for new and existing patients - IN-PERSON SALES \\- Overseeing clients' experience throughout the entire process of undergoing cosmetic procedure \\- Facilitating and overseeing patients writing online reviews and testimonials \\- Preparing quarterly email newsletter, answering potential patients questions in specialized blogs and coordinate advertising strategies with our social media manager \\- Organizing patients events and directly participating in them \\- Reaching out and maintaining relationship with local beauty industry businesses in the neighborhood Excellent verbal/written communication, great social skills, polished manners, knowledge of negotiation and persuasion strategies, stress resilience, and passion to the beauty world are essential for this position. Bachelor's degree and prior work experience in cosmetic field (plastic surgery/dermatology/med spa/related luxury services) are required.
