We are seeking an individual to act as our restaurant's assistant manager days per week, and work in our office, or remote for the remainder of the workweek. Our Sustainable Growth Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our company's growth and needs to balance the scope of our demand, and ideas, with the health and wellbeing of our employees, and management. Working in the restaurant is required as this gives us the ability to touch base with all of our staff, implement projects to increase revenue, as well as gain hands on knowledge of the operation and culture created by the establishment. The most important part of this position will come from the office hours. The most urgent project that we need assistance with is breaking the research and development project off of the main business (contacting the right lawyer and drafting a hybrid LLC) and marketing the pitch to outside investors.
