You’ll lead a team of high-performing specialists and managers while building systems, playbooks, and training that elevate everyone around you.We’re looking for a player-coach.Someone who still loves opening accounts.Someone who enjoys audits.Someone who gets excited about testing.Someone who can teach. 10+ years in performance marketing, preferably in agencies.Extensive experience across both paid search and paid social.Proven success scaling ecommerce, lead generation, and/or B2B businesses.Deep understanding of attribution, measurement, and first-party data.Experience managing sophisticated clients with meaningful media budgets.Strong leadership skills with a willingness to remain hands-on.
