The person we’re looking for has likely spent years deep in the trenches scaling ecommerce brands, lead generation businesses, and B2B companies. Teams follow you because you’ve actually done the work. You are the escalation point.When performance stalls, tracking breaks, or attribution gets messy, you’re the person that can diagnose the issue and build a path forward.You don’t accept “the platform changed” as an explanation. You’ll lead a team of high-performing specialists and managers while building systems, playbooks, and training that elevate everyone around you.We’re looking for a player-coach.Someone who still loves opening accounts.Someone who enjoys audits.Someone who gets excited about testing.Someone who can teach. 10+ years in performance marketing, preferably in agencies.Extensive experience across both paid search and paid social.Proven success scaling ecommerce, lead generation, and/or B2B businesses.Deep understanding of attribution, measurement, and first-party data.Experience managing sophisticated clients with meaningful media budgets.Strong leadership skills with a willingness to remain hands-on.
