We also run Poop Scoop Millionaire™, the largest online community for pooper scooper business owners, hosted on Skool.We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of customer acquisition across both brands — with a heavy emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).You’ll be responsible for driving recurring customer growth, improving CAC and ROAS, managing creative testing, and supporting funnel performance across email, landing pages, and paid search. If you’ve scaled Meta campaigns before and want real ownership without layers of red tape — this is that job.What You'll DoYou’ll oversee all marketing across Swoop Scoop®* and Poop Scoop Millionaire™, with a focus on paid acquisition, conversion, and retention.
