System Engineer I

We are now hiring a new System Engineer I to install, test, maintain and support the company’s existing operating systems and system tools. What We Are Looking For In YOU • Strong network fundamentals understanding • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Proficient in reading, interpreting and writing technical documents • Clear and effective written and verbal communications skills; fluent in English • General sysadmin/network knowledge • Understanding of security concerns and firewall general functions • Understanding of Cloud environments (AWS Preferred) • Understanding of and experience with Windows based domains - Active Directory and associated services. or similar product Essential Functions And Responsibilities • Apply a security-first-focus approach to all tasks, projects and solutions • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools. • The physical demands for this position include light to moderate lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading and color distinction), sitting more than 50% of the time, talking, and turning.
