Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Provides administrative support to the Recruiting Team by monitoring ATS, job postings, talent report preparation Assists with the coordination of calendars for on-site interview logistics for internal and external candidates Responsible for executing administrative processes around our branding campaigns Glassdoor, Linkedin etc... Greet and escort candidates for interviews at our Corporate Headquarters as needed Create and/or maintain reports and distributes to various internal customers. Responsible for documenting new and/or improved internal processes and procedures, innovate and develop processes as needed. Provide support with job advertisements, social media presence and internal job postings Act as ATS subject matter expert; may assist in the design and facilitation of ATS system and recruitment process training for hiring managers Update internal websites to enhance our communication with hiring managers and internal candidates Perform some duties as an ATS system administrator, conduct audits and run reports from our ATS Provide outstanding service and creating a positive interaction with candidates, hiring managers Interview teams throughout the interview scheduling process Maintain data accuracy within applicant tracking system ensuring real-time information entry Assisting with hiring projects, coordinating and attending recruitment events (registration, scheduling attendees, packing/shipping materials, communicate details to attendees prior to the event, assist with advertising, etc.) Develop and maintain contact information for Colleges, Universities, Technical and Vocational Schools Administratively supports our internship programs Play a key role in organizing and executing large scale hiring implementations; providing administrative support, monitoring candidate progression and communication with candidates and key stakeholders Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Requires a 4-year college degree in Human Resources or a related field Proficiency MS Office Suite is required Proficient with utilizing Social Media Able to handle confidential information with discretion Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication Prior experience and proficiency working with an Applicant Tracking or Candidate Management System preferred Previous experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience for professional-level hires is preferred Previous experience in a Corporate or Headquarters setting preferred Location: Exton, PA Hybrid Model If interested please send resume at sahar.elias@adp.com with attached resume.
