Talent Acquisition Manager

DTA Security Services, LLC (NV PILB PPO # 1067) is in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager. PRIMARY PURPOSE: Recruit, hire, and increase talented staff levels within the DTA organization. Make a positive impact on the future of potential applicants and the DTA organization. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures Work with the executive team to confirm hiring needs and requirements Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques Process and track applicant job submissions Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets Maintain candidate status in applicant tracking system Review emails in the "Employment" Outlook inbox and send out general response emails as it relates to applying to our company for a position Conduct weekly requisition hiring activity audits to ensure complete & timely documentation Prepare and draft e-mails, offer letters, reports, meeting minutes and agendas Establish and maintain confidential records Perform other job-related duties as requested KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Familiarity with HR practices Understanding of fair employment practices Exceptional work ethic Exemplary communication skills Highly ethical and discreet, with ability to maintain confidentiality Strong project management skills with excellent follow-up and follow-through Understanding of state and federal labor laws Strong interviewing, evaluation, and communication skills Effective listening abilities with strong judgment and analytical skills Ability to read and write English proficiently Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent One (1) year of customer/guest service experience Work varied shifts, to include some weekends and holidays PREFERRED: Associate degree and/or pursuing a Bachelor degree Two (2) years of recruiting experience Six (6) months administrative experience Hospitality or Tradeshow / Convention industry experience Schedule: 8+ hour shift Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Work Location: One location
