Talent Acquisition Specialist job activities include: • Facilitate full-cycle recruitment efforts • Create a first-class experience for all applicants • Design creative job postings and develop advertising avenues to attract great candidates • Partner with hiring managers on selecting top talent • Assist in planning, creating, implementing and facilitating orientation and on-going development • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects • Directly impact people’s career path.
