In this position, you will create and improve Northwest Center’s job advertising, assist with candidate recruitment, and lead employer branding initiatives to generate interest in candidates across our broad base of industries. ♦ Demonstrated ability to utilize Social Media platforms in a professional setting. ♦ Lead efforts in building and maintaining a strong and cohesive employer brand though effective candidate facing communications and by managing NWC’s candidate facing platforms. Recruiting and Sourcing ♦ Provide full-cycle recruiting support for select departments at NWC. ♦ Partner with all NWC Talent Acquisition team members to establish a sustainable talent pipeline, ensuring quality and understanding of positions and availability of the candidate pool.
