Talented Community Manager

Dalton Management is a professional property management company offering quality apartment living at an affordable price. Dalton Management is seeking one incredible talented candidate to become the full time experienced Community Manager for 3 of our properties: Pacific, Lakeview & Landmark The successful candidate will enjoy working with people, strong communication skills, enjoy working as a team, and possess a “can do” attitude. The schedule is 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with hour lunch o Living on-site is required o High school diploma or equivalent o Strong computer skills – proficient in MS Office o Basic knowledge of Oregon Tenant/Landlord Laws and understanding of Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing Laws – o Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle o At least 1 year of property management experience o At least 2 years of customer service, sales, or leasing experience o Property management accounting software experience and Yardi experience is a plus
