A high-end luxury salon in the heart of downtown Indianapolis is looking for experienced and talented hairstylists dedicated to provide exceptional client experience, results and make a true difference in how women see and feel about themselves. Qualifications: Great people skills and positive demeanor Ability to provide in-depth consultation during each client visit Great listening skills and ability to quickly understand client needs & desires Makes recommendations to clients for best results aligned with client desires and expectations Willingness to create, review and update client profiles to ensure client satisfaction during each salon visit Affirms client hair experience and desires at every visit by reviewing client profile in the system prior to client's appointment Attention to detail and commitment to provide excellent client experience and outstanding results Establishes realistic expectations with clients - under promises but overdelivers with the results Makes clients feel comfortable, cared for, understood and provides outstanding customer experience Has natural talent to educate clients on hair care products & styling tools use Advises clients on hair health maintenance between salon visits Builds a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits Exhibits proficiency with hot irons, curlers and blow-dryers.
