You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, brokers, and vendors to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns and experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesResidential MarketingDevelop and execute B2C marketing campaigns to promote residential communities and support sales goals, including branding, advertising, events and digital marketing (email, social media, SEO, SEM/PPC, content marketing).Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, signage, digital content and promotional materials to attract prospective homebuyers.Develop and manage lead generation, nurture strategies and customer journey optimization.Commercial MarketingCollaborate closely with the business development and commercial sales and leasing teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive revenue growth Responsible for building market brand awareness and attracting new businesses to Lake Nona by developing and executing marketing strategies, materials and creative content to support the activities of the business development team Strategize and execute B2B marketing efforts to promote retail, office and mixed-use developments to brokers and tenants.Develop a marketing toolkit including property brochures, fact sheets, presentations and virtual tours to support leasing and sales.Develop and present materials for large pitches, clearly and convincingly articulating the benefits of the project and/or property. Digital Marketing & ContentCollaborate with the digital marketing team on strategy for content marketing, CRM management, social media content calendars and advertising, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, website creation/management and digital advertising to increase visibility and to drive qualified traffic and leads for both residential and commercial audiences.Manage the strategy and creation of engaging content, including blogs, newsletters and videos tailored to each business segment.Manage e-mail marketing campaigns, from conceptualization/planning to preparing content briefs, copywriting, coordinating with creative, reviewing creative and arranging deployment with in-house teams Strategy, Analysis, and Budget ManagementDevelop annual marketing plans and budgets for assigned projects.Track, measure and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure brand consistency across all projects while customizing messaging for target audiences.Oversee marketing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and marketing calendar Collaborate on creative outputs (including, but not limited to branding guidelines, creative campaigns, renderings, websites, and marketing collateral), offering input and compiling team feedback to deliver clear, cohesive directives to in-house and third-party vendors General marketing support as needed, including copywriting, proofreading, document preparation, and file maintenance, including management/updating of marketing-related project files, documents, and folders within data asset management systemProvide direction and shot lists to photographers and videographers, attending shoots as needed What We OfferCompetitive Salary, Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Hybrid work flexibility with occasional travel.An opportunity to work with innovative teams shaping the future of hospitality and real estate.Requirements:QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.5+ years of marketing experience in residential and/or commercial real estate or development and exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of successful project coordination, content creation and marketing collateral design and development Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Motivated self-starter with experience in taking the lead on marketing initiatives, liaising with third-party vendors and partners and ease with both high-level strategic thinking.
