Degree in accounting 1-2 years experience with accounting and tax return preparation Experience with Quickbooks online (AT LEAST 1 YEAR) is a MUST Experience with tax preparation (AT LEAST 1 YEAR) is a MUST Preparation of individual and business tax returns (C corporation, S corporation, LLC) Bookkeeping for various businesses (including bank reconciliations and monthly reports) Potential some administrative office work such as correspondence with clients via email and texts, marketing and advertising, scanning and other similar tasks Attention to details and critical thinking approach Proactive, creative and thinking outside the box Team work and collaboration mindset Ethical, transparent and diligent Teachable and apt to learn and be challenged There is a potential for accounting and tax work throughout the year for the right candidate
