We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide technical support for our internal advertising application systems with a primary focus on supporting the operations of our revenue-generating applications. This position is a contract role and can work remotely anywhere in the US or outside of the US. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in technical support role • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users • Strong technical writing skills with experience creating user documentation • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM processes • Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools We believe in hiring the right person as opposed to the right combination of keywords.
