Telecom Sales Associate

We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join our growing team as Telecom Sales Associates. What You’ll Do As A Telecom Sales Associate: • Speak directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best cellular packages • Drive product awareness and deliver engaging, in-person sales presentations at local events and retail locations • Educate customers on the benefits of our client’s telecom products and help them confidently choose the right solution • Manage the sales process from initial contact to activation, including basic paperwork and account setup • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service questions • Track sales activity and performance goals using internal systems • Collaborate with Telecom Sales Associate teammates to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets Qualifications We Look For In A Telecom Sales Associate: • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently start conversations with new people • A natural problem-solver with a customer-first attitude • Highly motivated by personal goals, team achievements, and performance-based bonuses • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment • Available for a full-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
