Our call center was founded by professionals with over 40 years of combined industry experience; with backgrounds covering all aspects of the industry from technology and sales, to customer service and training. A full-time position with great hours, our schedule typically runs Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. although fluctuations can occur occasionally. The chance to join a team with great growth opportunities for dedicated individuals. Base pay depends on experience; however, all call center agents qualify for an additional sliding increase per hour which is tied to weekly performance. The scale starts with an additional dollar per hour for 8 appointments generated that week and as the number of appointments increases so will your hourly pay!
