Territory Marketing Associate

Advanced Spine and Pain, LLC tucson, Arizona

Territory Marketing Associate – Tucson / Southern AZ

Tucson, AZ | Full-Time

Position Overview

Advanced Spine and Pain is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Marketing Associate to serve as the primary field representative within the Tucson / Southern AZ region. This role is central to our growth strategy and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers — including PCPs, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, physiatrists, PAs, and NPs — with the primary goal of driving new patient referrals to ASAP.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a field-based, high-touch environment, excels at planning and executing provider engagement activities, and is passionate about connecting healthcare partners with the specialized care ASAP provides.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Referral Provider Engagement

Own and manage a defined geographic territory, serving as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for Advanced Spine and Pain among referring providers.
Conduct regular, strategic in-office visits to physician practices, specialist offices, urgent care clinics, and other referral sources to educate providers and staff on ASAP's services, specialties, and referral process.
Build and cultivate long-term relationships with physicians, specialists (orthopedics, neurology, physiatry, etc.), PAs, NPs, office managers, and medical staff to maintain and grow referral volume.
Identify and target new referral opportunities within the territory through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and community networking.
Re-engage lapsed or low-volume referral sources through personalized outreach and value-driven touchpoints.
Track all provider interactions, visits, and referral activity accurately in Hubspot CRM; maintain up-to-date contact records and activity logs.
Develop and execute a territory call plan with defined visit frequencies for tiered accounts (high-volume, growth-target, and prospective referral sources).
Deliver compelling, clear presentations of ASAP's clinical capabilities, physician specialties, accepted insurances, and patient access process to provider offices.

Event Planning & Execution – Industry, Market

Plan, coordinate, and execute provider engagement events including office lunches, appreciation dinners, educational dinner programs, and community health events.
Manage all logistics for field events: venue or restaurant selection, catering coordination, invitations, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
Host lunch-and-learn sessions at referring provider offices to educate clinical staff on ASAP services, new treatment offerings, and the referral pathway.
Organize and represent ASAP at community health fairs, medical conferences, and networking events to expand brand visibility and referral network.
Manage event budgets responsibly, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining a high-quality experience for provider guests.
Coordinate with ASAP physicians and clinical staff as needed to participate in educational dinners or provider-facing events.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Submit weekly territory activity reports detailing provider visits, event outcomes, referral trends, and pipeline development.
Monitor referral data and track progress against territory-specific goals; adjust outreach strategy based on performance insights.
Provide regular updates to marketing leadership on territory dynamics, competitive activity, and provider feedback.
Utilize Hubspot CRM consistently to log all visits, contacts, events, and follow-up actions.

Collaboration & Brand Support (Secondary)

Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure field messaging aligns with brand standards, campaigns, and organizational goals.
Provide field-level feedback to inform content creation, collateral development, and digital marketing efforts.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all provider-facing materials and communications.
Support social media and digital marketing efforts on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare sales, medical device/pharmaceutical sales, or provider relations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a healthcare or medical environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, consultative presence.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, events, and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with Hubspot CRM or similar platforms preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
