Territory Sales Representative - Advertising Subscription Sales - Base Salary to 75k/year - Abilene, TXOur client, a well-established subscription-based advertising company, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined West Texas territory. This role is based in Abilene, TX or a centrally located area within the territory and offers a base salary plus commission structure.This position focuses on developing relationships with local businesses and community partners to generate recurring subscription revenue that supports community-based initiatives. New hires will participate in a structured 3–6 week training program , including field mentorship and ride-alongs, followed by ongoing coaching and development to support continued success in the role.Responsibilities:Manage and grow a protected, geographically assigned territory through consistent in-person sales activityConduct 50–60 face-to-face sales calls per week with small businesses, funeral homes, and community sponsorsGenerate new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat visits within assigned townsClose 6–8 new sales per week while actively working within a territoryMaintain and track pipeline activity, leads, and customer interactionsRenew existing accounts on a two-year sales cycleTravel 3–4 nights per week within the assigned territorySubmit contracts, sales activity reports, and required documentation on a weekly basisParticipate in ongoing training, coaching, and ride-alongs with sales leadershipQualifications:1+ years of outside B2B sales experience with in-person client interactionDocumented experience conducting high-volume in-person sales calls (e.g., 30+ per week)Experience closing new business in a quota-driven or commission-based sales roleAbility to travel overnight 3–4 nights per week within a defined territory, including maintaining reliable transportation for in-person client visitsAbility to work within a defined geographic territory, including rural or small-market areasCompensation:Base salary to 75k/year for first year ramp up, potential to earn moreTransition to commission-based earnings after approximately 15 monthsTop performers earn six-figure total compensation400-dollar weekly travel expense (rolling balance)500-dollar monthly car allowanceMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401k planPaid vacation#J-18808-Ljbffr
