Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns for various clients • Collaborate with client success managers to align offers and promotions with campaign strategies • Identify and experiment with creative hooks and formats to enhance GMV Max campaigns • Monitor campaign performance daily; analyze metrics including spend, ROAS, CPA, and GMV impact • Adjust budgets and targeting strategies to optimize GMV growth • Develop and test hypotheses, conduct structured experiments, and create scalable playbooks from insights • Report on results and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients Requirements: • 1-3 years of experience in paid media (TikTok ads, Meta, or other performance channels) • Strong understanding of eCommerce and DTC sales funnels • A passion for data: able to analyze dashboards and metrics to identify trends • An analytical thinker capable of translating numbers into actionable insights • A creative mindset for crafting content and messaging that resonates on TikTok • A proactive, resourceful approach with a startup mentality • A relentless drive for excellence; eager to test, learn, and scale quickly • Ability to work within Eastern Time/New York time zone
