Job Description The Growth Marketing Manager - TikTok Ads will be responsible for driving advertiser acquisition and product adoption through performance campaigns run on TikTok itself. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute TikTok-first paid media strategies focused on advertiser acquisition, education, and engagement from within the TikTok platform • Plan and launch TikTok ad campaigns across multiple regions, optimizing for performance KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS • Partner with other acquisition marketing leads to optimize campaigns and help drive holistic internal lead generation Required Qualifications: • Minimum 3+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance advertising, with a strong focus on B2B or product-led growth • Demonstrated success planning and optimizing full-funnel paid social campaigns, ideally on TikTok • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze campaign performance
