In this role, you will own affiliate recruitment, activation, and performance, while contributing to predictable, creator-driven revenue growth on Tik Tok Shop.Tik Tok is a core growth channel for the business, and this role is critical in turning affiliates, UGC, and performance-based partnerships into a scalable revenue engine.Responsibilities:Affiliate Recruitment & OutreachProactively source, recruit, and onboard Tik Tok creators and affiliatesRun high-volume outbound outreach via Tik Tok, email, DMs, and affiliate platformsIdentify creators who can convert content into sales, not just viewsAffiliate Management & ScalingManage day-to-day relationships with active affiliatesProvide creators with clear briefs, hooks, offers, and talking pointsTrack performance and double down on top-performing affiliatesReactivate inactive affiliates and continuously expand the programCampaign ExecutionLaunch and manage Tik Tok Shop affiliate campaigns and promotionsCoordinate product seeding, samples, and offer structuresCollaborate with creative and ads teams to identify winning content anglesPerformance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor GMV, creator ROI, conversion rates, and content velocityMaintain simple reporting on affiliate output and revenue impactTest commission structures and incentives to increase volumeMust‑Have:1–3+ years of experience managing Tik Tok Shop affiliates or creator programsStrong understanding of Tik Tok trends, hooks, and creator monetizationExperience working with commission‑based affiliate modelsExcellent written communication and relationship‑building skillsHighly organized, proactive, and results‑drivenComfortable working in fast‑paced eCommerce environmentsNice‑to‑Have:Hands‑on experience with Tik Tok Shop Seller CenterBackground in DTC, Amazon, or performance marketingExperience managing creators at scale (50–500+ affiliates)What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):50–100 active affiliates posting consistentlyA clear and repeatable affiliate onboarding system in placePredictable weekly GMV driven by affiliatesTop‑performing creators identified and scaled with incentive structuresPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
