The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks across multiple brands, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. This role involves managing day-to-day influencer efforts, working closely with team leadership, other agency departments, and external partners to create impactful influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate combines communication, strategic thinking, and industry experience to contribute to and grow our influencer marketing practice at Tombras.What you will be doing:Educating clients and internal teams about digital media and influencer landscape trends.Leading influencer/content creator POVs for internal and client needs.Exploring new social platforms, functionalities, and emerging talent to drive innovation.Building and maintaining relationships with content creators, agencies, and managers.Developing creator strategies aligned with client objectives.Researching and vetting creators for campaigns.Managing outreach initiatives and influencer deals.Collaborating on contracts, creative assets, and campaign execution from briefing to launch.Using data and insights to support creative strategies.What you bring:2+ years of experience in social media, influencer management, strategy, or content creation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.Attention to detail in content proofreading and style consistency.Passion for connecting brands with audiences in real-time.Interest in emerging social media trends and platforms.Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.Experience leading and mentoring teams.Positive attitude, adaptability, curiosity, and exploration mindset.Why you’ll want to work at Tombras:Join one of North America's top independent agencies, recognized by AdAge, Adweek, and others.
