Our current portfolio contains approximately 16,000 units located throughout California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. The candidate must have 2+ years of property management experience in a similar role managing 300+ units. **_Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_** Proven ability to develop, coach, counsel, hire/fire, and train personnel Maintaining exceptional community standards and customer service Develop a solid marketing plan and maintain focus on curb appeal, common-sense advertising/flags/banners/internet sources while continually evaluating cost per lease and traffic generating sources Proactively adjust market rents and continually seek opportunities for revenue growth Review the weekly update report and develop goals and strategies to combat occupancy issues, future exposure or high renewal exposure Conduct weekly physical inspections of all areas of the property to evaluate the condition relative to curb appeal, health, safety risk management, asset preservation, customer service, and company standards Conduct regular audits to ensure that all office and maintenance procedures are being adhered to Ensure timely and accurate preparation of various weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting Develop an operating budget for the property incorporating input from the Service Manager **Join our Team!
