TOTAL Advertising, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.DutiesMonitoring and analysis of clients’ data weekly and monthly reports to detect red flags, drive optimization strategy, and effectively manage digital performanceCreating, managing, organizing, and optimizing search, YouTube, and Display campaigns within Google AdsDeveloping and optimizing content towards relevant keywords for enhanced SEO to reach higher organic traffic numbers.Use of SEO tools to perform competitor research, detect technical issues, analyze link profile, and identify content opportunitiesSetting up conversion tracking through Google Tag ManagerUsing Google Analytics 4 to analyze traffic and user behavior on all sitesPerforming keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and Semrush to identify profitable keywords for both Paid and Organic search campaignsBuilding retargeting campaigns within AdRollResearch and analyze clients’ competitors advertisementsDevelop and implement link building strategyWork with the development and design team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on clients’ websitesMust be able to work within and hit deadlinesPerforms other duties as assignedSkills / QualificationsProven 2+ years SEO experienceUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEMExperience building search campaigns within Google AdsExperience building YouTube & Display Campaigns within Google AdsKnowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithmsExperience Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag ManagerExperience with HubspotSolid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionExperience in developing and managing link strategiesBS/MS degree in related fieldThis is a full-time in agency position, remote workers need not apply
