Your role will involve establishing and maintaining client relationships through our cross-platform advertising solutions to develop successful marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is an outside sales position.Develop strategies to identify, connect, and close new opportunities locally.Prospect and identify potential clients using our proprietary data and analytics.Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Provide exceptional client service, research, and market analysis to create effective campaigns.Promote our marketing and advertising solutions to local and regional businesses.Diversify client solutions through cross-selling various marketing options, including digital, broadcast, live events, and more.QualificationsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong marketing knowledge.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Experience with digital and multimedia advertising solutions is preferred.1+ year of sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required.Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in sales.Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle.Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory.BenefitsCompetitive compensation with uncapped earning potential.3 weeks of PTO plus 9 paid holidays.Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance.Casual, energetic work environment.Unlimited growth opportunities.About UsTownsquare is a community-focused digital media and marketing company outside the Top 50 U.S. markets.
