Our client, a growing leader in their industry, is seeking a Trade Show Coordinator to join their team. SALARY/HOURLY RATE: $25 - $28/hr POSITION OVERVIEW: The Trade Show Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in managing all aspects of the tradeshows The Trade Show Coordinator will work closely with vendors, sales, marketing and other stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly. This position is onsite, Monday-Friday normal business hours. Hybrid work days, but must live in NJ. • Arranging travel accommodations and transportation to and from events • Planning trade show schedules and determining booth space requirements • Communicating with other staff members to ensure that all details of the event are handled properly • Coordinating with the conference/exhibition company to determine the size and details of the event space and making all arrangement • Coordinating the setup and logistics of the event by hiring contractors/vendors • Resolving problems with vendors or other attendees that arise during the event • Travel and attend selected shows for in-person set up, support of onsite execution • Planning social events for networking during the show • Managing Invoices • Ordering event supplies QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TRADE SHOW COORDINATOR: • 1 to 2 years of marketing/communications experience • Must have strong project management skills • Must be organized, a problem solver and have strong time management skills • Must be an active listener with strong interpersonal skills EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or business administration is required BENEFITS: • Atrium Care package available, upon eligibility As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
