Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies across mass media (TV, radio, print) and digital platforms (OTT/CTV, streaming radio, podcast, programmatic video) • Translate client goals into impactful, data-driven media approaches with clear rationale and strong supporting data • Identify and integrate innovative (emerging) media opportunities that enhance campaign effectiveness (keep campaigns ahead of the curve) • Oversee and mentor a team of media planners and buyers, fostering strategic thinking and executional excellence • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy, positioning, and execution • Representation of media department for client presentations and internal trainings • Oversee budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign performance Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment that requires normal safety precautions such as typical office or administrative work. Travel will be required rarely, if at all. Total travel time will be less than 10% of the time.
