Makes sure that all bank deposits are made immediately and deposits are reported to the corporate office on a daily basis. \\- Oversees and ensures that all members of the leasing team are adequately trained in all aspects of their position. \\- Responsible for auditing all internet advertising on a monthly basis and reporting to Community Manager and Marketing Director on accuracy or changes needed. Submits required reports to corporate office on a weekly and monthly basis.
