About Bucked Up: You’ll be expected to create and iterate on performance-focused video ads, work with internal and external teams to manage UGC deliverables and collaborate with the media buying team to test and optimize creative at scale. Work closely with the paid media team to analyze ad performance and optimize accordingly.Understand key ad metrics (hook rate, hold rate, ROAS, CTR) and use them to improve output.Prioritize speed, iteration, and testing over perfection. Proven experience editing short-form ads (especially TikTok, Reels, and paid social content).Strong understanding of performance creative: hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs.Skilled in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, After Effects (basic), or similar software.Experience with video production in both studio and mobile/UGC environments.Comfortable shooting and editing with phones, gimbals, and run-and-gun style gear.Strong project management and organizational skills.Passion for storytelling, branding, and data-backed creative.Willingness to move fast, pivot quickly, and take feedback without ego.
