Pay: $31 to $39/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing communications, campaign marketing, or integrated marketing

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Job Description

Develop and lead external messaging frameworks, value propositions, and campaign narrativesTranslate business priorities into clear, audience focused messagingPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns such as open enrollment and product launchesDevelop content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign plansCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agenciesOversee messaging across email, web, social media, digital advertising, and print channelsSupport press releases, media materials, and partner communicationsTrack and analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve future initiativesSupport marketing events and cross functional projects as needed

Position Requirements

Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formatsExperience managing projects, timelines, and cross functional teamsFamiliarity with brand management and audience segmentationExperience with social media platforms and marketing toolsStrong communication, organizational, and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to changing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Portfolio of writing or campaign work required
