At least one year experience in leasing multi-family properties Customer service oriented Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, staff and prospective residents Detail oriented with capacity to multi task Self-motivation and self-direction Ability to work independently, with or without direct supervision \- Respond effectively to telephone inquiries to generate prospective resident visits to the property. Maintain a show to lease ratio of at least 50%. Assist with resident relations: \- Prepare and process resident service requests. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
