Position Description: • Customer service is the primary function • Calls are basic and routine • Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting • Handles customer service inquires and problems via telephone, recording consistent problem areas – may respond to e-mail inquiries • May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff Pay and Benefits: • Pay rate is based on location • The opportunity to work from the comfort of your home • Leadership support to ensure success Required Skills and Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience • Must be able to speak and read English fluently • Must be able to pass both criminal background check, and IRS tax review due to the sensitive nature of this work • Ability to understand and follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form • Be able to work independently and meet production/quality goals Must provide your own: 1) Private and secure workspace 2) Must bring your own personal Desktop or Laptop with these minimum characteristics: • Intel Core i5 Processor with 8GM memory • 256GB hard drive • Windows 10 • 1 USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2 port (for headset) • 1 RJ-45 connection 3) Headset: Wired headset and microphone with a USB C connection 4) High Speed Internet Connectivity: • Wired internet connection (WiFi OK) • Download – 20 Mbps minimum • Upload – 5 Mbps minimum • An attestation of speed is required.
